MIMS, MRS. ANNIE S., age 80, of Sylacauga, passed away May 6, 1998. She was a member of Central Park Methodist Church, Birmingham. She is survived by her daughter, Lois (Larry) Adcock of Birmingham; son, William D. (Mary Sue) Mims of Sylacauga; sisters, Virginia Miller of Richland, Wash., Mary Sheffield of Brighton; and four grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the United Methodist Children's Home, Selma or the Arthritis Foundation. Funeral services will be Friday, May 8, at 11:30 a.m. at Brown Service Bessemer Funeral Home with Rev. Hughey Reynolds, of Sylacauga United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 7, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Brown Service Bessemer Funeral Home directing
