The Allen County native was the daughter of the late Oscar and Lillie Foster and the wife of the late Roy Lee Frost. Her brothers, Chlorous and Elvis Foster, preceded her in death. Mrs. Frost was a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association and a faithful attender at the Abounding Grace Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Lee Ann Farley and husband, Elvis, her granddaughter, Megan Cummings and husband, Josh, and two sisters, Winifred Spear and Shirley Creasy all of Scottsville.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Monday June 3rd at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday June 4th at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.
Memorial donation may be made to the Abounding Grace Ministries at T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
