CHURCHWELL

Joseph Samuel "Sam" Churchwell Jr., 50, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Perry Community Hospital in Linden.

Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, January 14, 2011 in the Loveless Cemetery with Bill Webb officiating.

Mr. Churchwell was born April 28, 1960 in Lawrenceburg to Joseph Samuel Churchwell Sr. and the late Patsy Joyce Tatum Churchwell. He was active in the Nursery business, Joe's One Stop, with his father.
Survivors include his father; four uncles, Coy Tatum of Big Sandy, Jerry Tatum of Waynesboro, Tony Tatum of Waynesboro and Ray Churchwell of Manchester; and two aunts, Hilda Moore of Leoma and Marie Miller of Hohenwald.
