Born in Somerset County, Pa., he was a son of Charles Edward and Bessie Robinson Mills. He was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church.
He was employed as a county constable for 20 years. He was a member of Potomac Fish and Game Club of Williamsport, and Williamsport Volunteer Fire Company.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clytie Renner Mills; daughter, Mrs. Harry L. Flanagan, St. Petersburg, Fla.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11 am at St. Augustine's Catholic Church. Father Alfred E. Smith will be celebrant; burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.
