BLOOMINGTON - Paul S. Hefner, 49, Reno, Nev., formerly of Bloomington, passed away Nov. 25, 2006, at his residence.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service was Monday at the Jesus House, 724 W. Washington St., Bloomington. East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington, had charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local humane society.
Paul was born Feb. 6, 1957, a son of Merle and Frances Hefner. They survive. Surviving are one sister, Mable Denton, and one brother, Rick Hefner, all of Bloomington. Also surviving are two nieces, Sarah Goonen and Kerah Hefner, both of Bloomington.
Paul was an Air Force veteran.
Paul enjoyed traveling, tinkering-;and being with his friends at the Jesus House. Paul was a guy who brought a smile to all who knew him. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and devoted friend who will be deeply missed.
