Anna I. (Finley) Frickert, 90, of Whitehall, formerly of Schnecksville, died Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Coopersburg. She was the wife of the late Woodrow W. Frickert. Born in Whitehall on August 11, 1917, Anna was the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie (Quigg) Finley. She was employed as a sewing machine operator at the former Phoenix Clothes, Allentown, for 31 years before retiring in 1979. She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs. Anna enjoyed the fellowship and loved to play pinochle at the Schnecksville, Fogelsville, Wescosville and Allentown senior citizen groups.
Survivors: Daughters, Jeannine A. Haller and her husband Ronald in Florida, Nancy L. Dunham and her husband Thomas of Center Valley; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kelly, Valerie; great-grandchildren, Jason, Ryan, Kenton. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Karen.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2007, Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Family and friends may call 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Interment at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs, will follow the services.
