Shawn James Johnson, age 48, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Loxley, AL died Monday, June 3, 2013 at Thomas Hospital. He was a truck driver for Baldwin Concrete.
He is survived by his children, Ashley (William) Smith of Loxley, AL, Matthew (Michelle) Johnson of Bay Minette, AL and Shawn (Valerie) Johnson, Jr. of Perdido, AL; three brothers, Patrick Jason Johnson, Christopher J. Johnson and Daniel John Johnson all of Bay Minette, AL and five grandchildren, William Ernest Smith, III, Wesley Alexander Smith, Willow Alise Smith, Maria Grace Johnson and Matthew Jacob Johnson, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude James and Mary Frances Green Johnson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Hall's Fork Assembly of God Church with Reverend Wendell Hadley officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
