Private Services Set For Dr. Lewis Jolly, Founder Of Clinic Madison, Ind. - Private graveside services for Dr. Lewis E. Jolly, 64, R.R. 1, Hanover, will be held Thursday in the Springdale Cemetery here. Dr. Jolly, who had been working in the emergency room at St. Francis Hospital Center in Indianapolis, died Monday in his home, A native of Knightstown, he was graduated from the University of Colorado and its Medical School. He was one of the original partners of the Madison Clinic, serving there from 1950 to 1968. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association. He also served in the Army during World War II. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Gretchen Darlington of Guilford, Conn., and two sons, Dr. Walter Jolly of Indianapolis and Lewis E. Jolly Jr. of Lafayette.
