Meredith Hopkins Brown, age 82, died on June 4, 2013 in Columbus, Georgia. She was born in Vina, Alabama on July 3, 1930 to Percy Hopkins and Ruth Hopkins Gammon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Elton Brown, of Florence, Alabama.
She is survived by her two children, Anita Wilson and her husband Matt, of Auburn, AL and Ray Brown and his wife Dottie, of Columbus, GA; three grandsons, Trey Crittenden and his wife Carolyn of Auburn, AL, Drew Brown of Atlanta, GA and Eric Brown of Columbus, GA, a step-grandson, James Wilson of Dallas, GA, and one great-granddaughter, Anna Hopkins Crittenden.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 7th at 2PM in the chapel at Greenview Funeral Home with the visitation one hour prior to the service.
