Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm at the Presbyterian Church in Bigfork for Raymond Luchau of Spokane, Washington, with Rev. Wayne Gehman officiating. Pallbearers were Sidney and Ole Olson, Claus Swanson, Alfred Tatgren, Alfred Edman and Maurice Larson. Burial was in Bigfork Cemetery. Raymond Luchau was killed instantly by a car while walking along a highway in Spokane, Washington. Born in Bigfork 38 years ago, he spent most of his life there. He is survived by his wife, Helen, 5 children: Charles, Ronald, Sandra, Judith and Norene; his mother Mrs. Charles Luchau, 4 brothers, Ernest and George of Bigfork, Walter of Spokane, Herbert of Deer River and one sister, Mrs. Owen Kolu (Mabel) of Grand Rapids. Out of town relatives who came for the services are Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bernard, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Denzel and Mr. and Mrs. Owen Kolu of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Walter Luchau of Duluth and Mrs. Herb Luchau of
Deer River.
