Charleston - Funeral service for Hilda Emma Bowles will be held Sunday at McMikle Funeral Home here. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery.
Mrs. Bowles, 81 years old, a resident of Wyatt, dies Thursday at the Charleston Manor.
She was born Feb. 4, 1909, in the Birds Point community of Mississippi County, the daughter of Robert and Carrie Harmon Nally.
She was a member of the Wyatt Baptist Church. On Jun. 20, 1926, she married Dudley Bowles. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Edward Bowles; daughters, Kay Calogero and Dorothy Marshall; a brother, W.R. Nally; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
