Bonnie E. (McCarville) Kelley, 85, of Onawa passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 at home surrounded by her family.
Bonnie Elizabeth was born October 18, 1927, at the family home in Blencoe, Iowa, the daughter of James and Deborah (Jones) McCarville. She attended Sherman Township country school. She graduated from Onawa High School. Bonnie was united in marriage to William Kelley on December 15, 1948. They were blessed with four wonderful children, Patricia, Stephen, Peggy, and Michael. Bonnie lived in the Blencoe and Onawa areas her entire life.
She is survived by husband, William; her children, Patricia Baker of Storm Lake, IA, Stephen (Barbara) Kelley of Annandale, VA, Peggy Curl of Olathe, KS, and Michael (Marilyn) Kelley of Onawa, IA; nine grandchildren, David Baker, Kelley (Tracy) Bolte, Patrick Kelley, Matthew Curl, Robert Kelley, Elizabeth Curl, Patrick Curl, Colin Kelley, and Sean Kelley; four step-grandchildren, Melissa Framke, Felicia (Randy) Collison, Megan Framke, and Paige Framke; six great grandchildren, two sisters, Bernadine (Ralph) Christensen of Onawa, IA, and Emogene (Gary)Thibodeau of Maplewood, MN and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two infant brothers; two brothers, Bernard and Terrance McCarville; and a son-in-law, Kenneth Baker.
