Curtis B. Bruce died Sunday, December 16, at his residence in Magee following a lengthy illness. He was 51.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 18 at Mims Mitchell Chapel with Rev. George Harper, Rev. Frank Jones and Rev. Wardel Kennedy officiating. Interment followed at Magee Cemetery.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Parham, Jackson.
Other survivors include four brothers, James, Wilson, and Norvell, all of Magee and Auburn, of Manhattan, Ky.; two sisters, Mrs. Eunice Hughes and Mrs. Audice Fortenberry, both of Magee and two grandchildren.
