(October 1, 1960 - August 4, 2006) Kathy Lynn Dunaway Alexander Osborne, 45, of East Irvine Road, died Friday, August 4, 2006, at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Lexington, KY, a certified Nursing Assistant and member of the Church of God.
She is survived by her father and step mother, Roger and Nellie Alexander; one son, Larry Ryan Dunaway and one daughter, Rhia Lowery, both of Richmond, KY; five brothers, Kenny Alexander, Ronnie Alexander, Dean Alexander, Danny Alexander and Timothy Idol; three sisters, Vicki Alexander, Gwen Johnson and Melissa Idol; four grandchildren, Ryan Dunaway Jr., Noah Dunaway, Dana Lowery and Trey Lowery.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Dunaway Alexander, a brother, Curtis Idol and one grandson, Zachary Dunaway.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 7, 2006, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Bro. Gordon Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Hershel Short, Tim Idol, Chris Rose, Kenny Alexander, Zach Johnson, Ryan Dunaway, Chris Lowery and Chris Shanks.
