He was born in Eureka, on May 11, 1968, the son of Jerry and Elvira (Dosdal) Cook. He was raised in Eureka and graduated from Eureka Jr./Sr. High School with the class of 1986. On January 9, 1991, Brad was united in marriage to Audrey “Leanne” Cox in Miami, Oklahoma. They made their home in Emporia for one year while Brad attended Emporia Vocational and Technical School. They then moved to El Dorado where he owned and operated B.A.C. Building and Repair.
Brad was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Eureka.
He is survived by his wife, Leanne, son, two daughters, all of the home, mother and father, Elvira and Rusty Davis of El Dorado, father and stepmother, Jerry and Mary Cook of Eureka, sister ... of Wichita, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 13, 2005, at Christ Lutheran Church with Pastor Roger Dennis of Christ Lutheran Church and Pastor Bill O’Connell of the First Presbyterian Church of El Dorado officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials that be made to the Cook Children’s Education Fund. Contributions may be sent in care of Home Bank and Trust of Eureka, Intrust Bank of El Dorado, or the Koup Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 595, Eureka, Kansas 67045, which was in charge of service arrangements.
