Mary Ann Lacy, the third child but second daughter of Moses & Maria, never married.

The Oregon (Wisconsin) Observer's obituary for her is as follows:
"Miss Mary Lacey (sic) died at her home in Fitchburg, Monday April 4th of consumption, Aged about 23 years. Deceased was the youngest daughter of Mr, & Mrs Moses Lacey (sic).She was a bright young lady possessing many good qualities and many friends. Deceased was a sister of Mrs. Thos. Barry who died 2 weeks ago. The funeral took place from the catholic Church in the village Wednesday, and was attended by a very large concourse of friends."
