Survied by his wife Margaret McBirney Mills whom he married 3-25-1956, three sons, a daughter, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Veteran of US NAVY serving during the Korean War. Noted Niagara Falls Police Officer appointed Special Investigator to the N.Y. State Organized Crime Task Force. Also a N.Y. State Trooper.
