Charles married Willie Mae Grisham b.28 Aug 1907 in Bell Co., TX & d.14 Jul 1971 in Temple, Bell Co., TX and who were married abt 1929 in Bell County, TX.

They did have children, most of whom are still living at this time.

There is no gravestone for Charles Ewell Akin, however, there are two markers to the right of his spouse, Willie Mae (Grisham) Akin, who has a small funeral home marker on the far left. I believe the first one to the right is the grave marker for Charles Ewell Akin, her spouse, and the 2nd one is a marker for their premature infant, who did not survive, located to the far right. - Photo Courtesy of Ann Dickenson
