Mary Ann (Benner) Miller, widow of William P. Miller and a highly respected resident of Emaus, died of complications at 11:45 a.m. Sunday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Neubert, 537 Elm St., at the age of 74 years, 10 months and 8 days. Mrs. Miller was born in Lehigh county Jan. 7, 1862, a daughter of Samuel and Hannah (Weikel) Benner. She is survived by three daughters and one son: Mrs. Cenia Feather, Mrs. Oliver G. Stortz, Mrs. H. E. Neubert and William S. C. Miller, all of Emaus; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Catherine Funk, Emaus; and one brother, Jonas Benner, Allentown. The funeral will be held Thursday at 1.30 p.m. from her late home, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Neubert, 537 Elm St., Emaus, with further services in St. John's Lutheran church, Emaus, and interment in the Chestnut Hill church cemetery. Rev. Paul F. Spieker and Rev. D. C. Kaufman will officiate. Viewing Wednesday from 7 to 9.
