Cindy was born 30 June 1960, in Sioux City, to Frank & Shirley HAIR. She attended North high School, graduating in 1978.
After graduation, she moved to Colorado where she met her husband, Tracy COSTA. They were married on 25 Aug. 1995.
She worked at National Farmers Union Insurance in Aurora, Colo. for 25 yrs. She was currently employed as the office manager for a local company in Denver. Cindy also managed her husband's business, Costa's Custom Painting.
Cindy loved life & lived it to its fullest. She enjoyed fishing, shopping & caring for her pets.
Survivors include her husband, Tracy; her mother, Shirley; 5 brothers & sisters, Les & Mary Ann HAIR of Wakefield, Neb., Rick & Rita LALUMENDRE of Sioux City, Deb JENNINGS of Lake Placid, Fla., Sue & Mike SCHLUMBAUM of Sioux City & Dave & Rose HAIR of Sioux City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Porter Hospice, 7995 E. Prentice Ave. Suite 204, Greenwood Village, Colo. 80111.
