ADAMS - NACE WEDDING AT TOWER CITY, TUESDAY
The marriage of Miss Ruth Nace, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Nace, of Dayton, near Williamstown, to Clyde Adams, son of Mrs. Charles Barnhardt, of Tower City, took place Tuesday night at 8:15 o'clock, in the Tower City Methodist Church, with Rev. Martin J. Brinton officiating.
Miss Betty Nace, sister of the bride, was her only attendant, and the best man was Marlin Shadle, a friend of the bridegroom.
Mrs. Adams is a graduate of the Williamstown High School and is employed by a hosiery mill in Williamstown. Mr. Adams was employed by the Reading Railroad. He has been inducted into the Army and will leave on Saturday.
Clyde had been a capable superintendent of the Methodist Sunday School in town for the past three years.

Clyde H. Adams
Clyde H. Adams, 77, formerly of 152 E. Market St., Williamstown, died Monday at Susquehanna Lutheran Village, Millersburg.
Born in Tower City, he was a son of the late Henry and Lou Salem Adams.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a retired employee of the Reading Railroad.
Mr. Adams was a member of United Methodist Church, Williamstown, Boy Scouts of America and American Legion Post. 468, Tower City.
His wife, the former Ruth Nace, died in 1988.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Klinger, Newport; a son, Terry, Dillsburg; a half sister, Mary Barnhart, Tower City; four grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Corl Funeral Homes Inc., Williamstown. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown.
