Justin Levi Scott was born to Debra Le Ann Scott and Leonard Fisher on 4 December 1991 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

He had two half-brothers and one half-sister (known to his Scott relatives) and he also has a half-brother on his Fisher side of the family.

After the death of his mother, Debra Scott Myers, Levi went to live with his grandmother, Sharron Lynn Saxon Scott Cheek. He had been cautioned about swimming in a farm pond, but like most young people, he did not always listen to his Grandmother. While swimming in the farm pond he got tangled in debris on the bottom of the pond and drown. On 7 June 2003, Justin died as a result of a swimming accident. He was buried on 10 June 2003.

Levi's memorial was set up by his Great-Aunt, his mother Debra's Aunt. Levi would come to our Simmons Family Reunion nearly every year with his Aunt Kimberly Scott (1965-2016). We always loved seeing him during that time of the year. His two Great-Aunts on the Scott side of his family attended his funeral service, a sad time for all.

His mother preceded him in death in 1998.

Justin Levi Scott shares a grave site with his grandmother, Sharon Lynn Saxton Scott Cheek.
