Judy had lived in East Hampton for 39 years and was very active in Scouts, both working for the Boy Scouts of America for 20 years and volunteering for more than 30 years.
After her high school graduation she had attended the New Britain Hospital Certificate Program to become a Inhalation Therapist, and at the time of her passing was attending Branford Hall for Medical Coding.
