Officiating will be Rusty Hancock, Pastor, Lincoln Street Baptist Church, Dalhart, Texas and Rev. Billy Rammage, Retired Baptist Minister

Nadine Hanna was born February 12, 1937 at the family home near Nara Visa, NM, to George and Daisy (Cooper) Hanna. Nadine married Curtis Jones on August 23, 1959 in Clayton, NM. They farmed in the Texline area until the early 1990's, when they moved to Dalhart, TX. Nadine was a member of the First Baptist Church in Texline where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed bowling and attended Lincoln Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 sons: Elbert & his wife Jimmie Kay Jones of Dalhart, TX and Charles Jones of Amarillo, TX – 6 Grandchildren – Amanda Knight, Christopher Jones, Joshua Jones, Jarrod Jones, Adam Jones and Stephen Jones. 7 Great – grandchildren: Austin Knight, Lexi Knight, Keagan Knight, Bentley Jones, Ashton Knight, Hunter Jones, and Rylan Jones. 2 Brothers: David and his wife Frances Hanna of Dallas, TX and Ernest Hanna of Dumas, TX.

Preceded in death by her Parents, her husband Curtis, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

DALHART — Nadine Jones, 76, of Dalhart died Thursday, May 30, 2013, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lincoln Street Baptist Church with Rusty Hancock, pastor of Lincoln Street Baptist Church, and the Rev. Billy Rammage, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Texline Cemetery in Texline. Arrangements are by Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart.

Nadine Hanna was born Feb. 12, 1937, at the family home near Nara Visa, N.M., to George and Daisy Cooper Hanna. Nadine married Curtis Jones on Aug. 23, 1959, in Clayton, N.M. They farmed in the Texline area until early 1990, when they moved to Dalhart.

Nadine was a member of First Baptist Church in Texline, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed bowling and attended Lincoln Street Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Curtis; five brothers; and three sisters.
