Robert F. Beahn, 70, of East Hampstead, NH passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Exeter Hospital, Exeter, NH. He was born on September 18, 1942 in Westfield, MA, a son of the late Leon R. and Dorothy M. (Killips) Beahn. Bob was a kind and gentle man. He enjoyed volunteering in his community with no desire to be recognized for his good deeds. He was also an avid New England and Boston Sports fan. Bob was a Deacon at the East Hampstead Union Church and was an important part of the church community.

He is survived by his sister Ledora Harrington and her husband, William, of South Hero, VT, nieces and nephews, Kerri Harrington-Stagg, Leah Harrington-Hills, Sara Belanger, Kenneth Beahn, Craig Beahn, and Kevin Beahn, as well as grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Beahn.

There were no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service was held on Sunday June 2, 2013 at 1:00pm at the East Hampstead Union Church, 225 East Main Street, Route 121A, East Hampstead, NH. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield, MA at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the East Hampstead Union Church, P.O. Box 109, East Hampstead, NH 03826. The family of Bob Beahn would like to extend their thanks to the doctors and staff of the ICU of Exeter Hospital for the wonderful care given to him.
