He was born June 5, 1933, at Lepanto, AR., to the late Paul Elmer Needham Sr. and Millie Lawrence Needham.
Mr. Needham proudly served in the United States Air Force and United States Army and owned and operated Circle 7 Cab Company.
He was a member of the Imboden Methodist Church. He was heavily involved in disaster relief work through the Salvation Army. He also loved carpentry and working and making things for his church and family.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Lea Needham; four daughters, Linda Pendergrass of Bono, Nancy Priddy (Jesse) of Jonesboro, Connie Needham and Stephanie Needham, both of Bono; a son, Paul A. Needham of Jonesboro; five grandchildren, Gloria Roth (Matt) of Jonesboro, Amanda Cline (Zack), Daniel Pendergrass and Leamber Pendergrass, all of Bono, and Jesse Priddy Jr. of Jonesboro; a great-grandchild, Isaac Newell Cline; several nieces and nephews; and other friends and family.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Kay, Georgia and Wanda; and two brothers, Buddy and Stanley Joe.
A celebration of his life was held at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home. Burial was in Opposition Cemetery.
