Mrs. Boyce, the widow of Francis Poe Boyce, leaves two sons, David F. Boyce of Collierville and William S. Boyce of Germantown; four brothers, Melvin M. McClure of Arlington, Va., and Paul J. McClure Jr., Dr. James G. McClure and William E. McClure, all of Memphis, and three grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
