Funeral Services will be held 1pm, June 1, 2013 at People of Color Evangelistic Church, 1328 Rutledge Avenue, Charleston. Apostle Willette Scott Ash, Pastor. Burial will follow in Monrovia Cemetery. Visitation will be held May 31st at the church from 6-8pm.
