Funeral services were conduced Tuesday at 1 p.m. at First Methodist church with Rev Louis Johnson officiating; burial was in Old Zion cemetery in White County.
Mr Hudgens is survived by his wife, Bessie Burnett Hudgens.
He was a member of First Methodist church, the Masonic Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star. He was a director of First National Bank.
He had been with Malone & Hyde and its predecessor firm Ragland Potter for some 40 years and manager of the Crossville firm since 1942. He retired in 1968 because of illness.
