STEVENS, Mrs. Lou Beatrice (nee Reynolds), age 39 years, Monday, May 16, 1955, at 11:30 p.m. Residence 1609-J Bulger Court. Beloved wife of Mr. Earnest Stevens, devoted mother of Mrs, Wilma Jean McBrayer. Survived also by 2 sisters, Mrs. Sally Hare, Mrs. Rosetta Puckett, 3 brothers, Messrs, William, James and Robert Reynolds, 1 grandson. Remains at the residence, 1609-J Bulger Court. Funeral from the residence Friday, May 20th, at 10 a.m., D.S T., and from the Highland Park Wesleyan Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Glasgow Cemetery, Glasgow, Ky.

Lou was the fourth child to Will Reynolds and Ida P Carver Reynolds. She married Ernest B Stevens. They had several babies that died before or just after birth, only one surviving child, Wilma Jean.

Lou is buried in Glasgow Cemetery near her mother whose name list Ida P Fish. Her mother remarried after Lou's father died.
