A native of Pittsburg, CA, she was born June 15, 1914 and moved to Monterey with her family in 1928. As a young woman, Mrs. Moss worked in the canneries and was a waitress at the Italian Village Restaurant.
She is survived by her children, Martin Moss of South America and Tom L. Moss and JoAnn Wales, both of Monterey and two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Mrs. Moss was preceded in death by her husband, Marion and her son, Paul.
Visitation will take place at The Paul Mortuary on Thurs, Nov. 11 from 2-5PM followed by Vigil services at St. Angela's Catholic Church at 7PM. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated, also at St. Angela's, on Friday, Nov. 12 at 10AM with entombment to follow at San Carlos Catholic Cemetery.
