Rosalie was the daughter of Charles Webb and 'E we nun my" Olympia Half Moon. She was born on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation. At the time of her death of Typhoid fever, Rosalie was age 27 and her usual place of residence was Sweetwater, Nez Perce Co., Idaho. The attending doctor noted "Sick 3 weeks before I saw her." She was buried November the 10, 1922 at Slickpoo Cemetery.

There are two death certificates; her brother Charles is the informant on the one that is signed by F.T. Harris, M.D. who attended her in Lewiston, another gave influenza as the cause of death and was filed by Corbett Lawyer, a "Lease Clerk." A death and burial record gives her date of death as Nov. 10, 1922 at Slickpoo, Idaho with burial at Slickpoo, Idaho on Nov. 12, 1922. A Record of Funeral (Vassar - Rawls) gives the date of death as Nov. 9, 1922 at St. Josephs and interment as "Slickapoo" Cemetery on Nov. 10, 1922.
