Vernon Jean Neal, age 65, of Pioneer passed away on Friday, May 24th, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville. He enjoyed farming and loved spending time with his family & friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank & Nellie (Lamb) Neal.
He is survived by his special cousin Edward Lay of Pioneer, friends Debbie Lay and Francis Bruce of Pioneer, as well as several cousins & many other friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29th, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 30th, 2013 at 1:00 pm with Rev Clarence Carroll and Rev Ricky Sharp officiating at Straight Fork Baptist Church. Interment will follow the service at Allred Cemetery.
