Married to Frances Paca c.1805, apparently in Logan co., Kentucky (alt. possibility: Harford co., Maryland). They apparently had seven sons and five daughters together. Unfortunately, the Dallam family genealogy book, "The Dallam Family..." (1929) by David E. Dallam, only lists the identity of the sons, so three of the five daughters are unknown - but two of the daughters are: Sarah Elizabeth Dallam (1829-1905; she married George W. Armes) and Helen T. Dallam (1820-1849; she married William Sheumaker; and is buried in Lot 37).
Likely died in California, though possibly died in St. Louis.
From Member #47027398:
They were married 23 Dec 1807, Logan co., Kentucky.
The marriage record is transcribed as Josiah M Dallam & Frances Dallam; I have not found an original, reading Paca, but this is quite likely the correct record.
