Kathleen was the loving mother of Lorin W. Demikhov and Erich Bastel; stepmother of five; dear grandmother of Anthem (Lindsay) Doolan, Yuri Doolan, Carley Bastel and Steven Bastel; great-grandmother of Liliana; and dear sister of eight.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmie.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 31, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 1, with funeral services to immediately follow at 1 p.m. at the Johnson-Romito Funeral Home, 99 W. Aurora Road (Route 82, one mile west of Route 8), Northfield, 330-468-1443.
Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to cancer or Parkinson's research.
