Debra Lee Vonier, 53 of Adel passed away Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010 at Tift Regional Medical Center. She was born March 18, 1957 to the late Carroll and Betty Lou Palmer Snelson.

She was a substitute teacher with the Cook County Board of Education and was a member of New Life Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Kaela Snelson of St. Lake City; two daughters, Karalynne Vonier of Adel, and Kathryn Vonier of Statesboro; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Lori Snelson of Rolla, Missouri, and Fred and Julie Snelson of Cody, Wyo..; one grandchild, Wyatt Snelson; and one niece, Hannah Snelson.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 at 5 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church with the Rev. Donnie Duncan officiating. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.purvisfh.com. — Purvis Funeral Home. Adel
