Per his wishes, the body has been cremated. Services will be at a later date.
Douglas was born 25 May 1953, in Sioux City. His parents were Harlan L. Massey & Lola M. (Rea) Massey Johnson. He lived most of his life in Denver, Colo., the moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa, before returning to Sioux City.
He is survived by his mother, Lola M. Johnson; 6 siblings, Bill Massey & his wife, Audrey, Steve Massey, Vicki Lindberg & her husband, Dave, Kim Johnson, & Jodi Rahn, all of Sioux City, & Gary Massey of Clinton, Iowa; 2 godchildren, Bobby D. &
Natalee A. Trudell of Sioux City; his aunt, Doris Mozak; & his dog, Petey.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dewayne W.
Johnson; his son, Clint; & the love of his life, Leta Tuttle; his brother, Randy Joe Massey; & a niece, Mickey Lynn Elhers.
