A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday June 1, 2013 at 10a.m at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elton. Father Babasino Fernandes will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Elton.
Timson is survived by his mother, Rose Carrier Landry of Eunice; his fiancé, Detective Kimberly Fontenot of Opelousas; one daughter, Kila Carrier of Minnesota; two step daughters, LaKeshia Harriel and her husband Fredrick of Fort Hood, TX, and Latoya Bowman of Virginia; two sons, T.J. Carrier of Minnesota, and Christian Carrier of Lawtell, LA; two sisters, Pauline Bennings of Houston, TX and Sonora Landry of Friendswood, TX; five brothers, Ray Charles Landry of Basile, Michael Wilkerson and his wife Cynthia of Houston, TX, Keith Carrier of Eunice, MSG Kevin Carrier and his wife Shonda of Fort Polk, SFC Alfred Landry and his wife Gina of Hinesville, GA; one brother-in-law, Chief Bruce Lemelle of Elton; two grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Landry; one sister, Ramona Lemelle; and one brother, Paul Landry, Jr.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Saturday June 1, 2013 at 8a.m to 10a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elton. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
