Juanita was the eldest daughter of 11 children. Throughout her lifetime she developed deep and lasting friendships and had a tremendous love for her family. Her loving spirit will be remembered by all the lives she touched. Juanita was beloved sister of Albert Duarte of Arbuckle, CA, Salina Sandoval of Woodland, CA, Jovita Vera of Antioch, CA, Nellie Button of San Mateo, CA and Anita Daniels of Arbuckle, CA. Beloved mother of Ray Mesa of Arbuckle, CA, Sally Mesa of Redwood City, CA, Angie Mesa of San Bruno, CA, Delores Dalin and Rosemarie Daysog, both of San Jose, CA. She was the cherished grandma of 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from Noon to 5 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 7:00 PM. The visitation and services are at the Woodside Chapel of Crippen & Flynn in Redwood City, CA. Interment will be in Arbuckle, CA. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Breast Cancer Society. Woodside Chapel of Crippen and Flynn are in charge of arrangements.
