MASSARO, ANN FRANCES, 94, of Tampa, died Monday (April 30, 2001) at home. She was a Tampa native and a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies Guild, the Tampa Women's Club, Hillsborough County Ladies Medical Auxiliary, and an alumna of St. Xavier College, where she taught for one year. She also taught for one year at George Washington High School. Survivors include her companion, Marta Alvarez, Tampa; two sons, Dr. Alfonso D. Massaro, Alexandria, Va., and Dr. Andrew C. Massaro, Tampa; three sisters, Josephine Goble and Santa DeFranco, both of Tampa, and Lilly Vega, St. Petersburg; and two grandchildren. Marsicano - B. Marion Reed - Stowers Funeral Home, Tampa.
