She was born in Janesville, the daughter of Victoria Brown. Melissa was a 1998 graduate of Craig High School. She loved to dance, art, music, stained glass and had collected Disney Toys and Fenton glass. Melissa loved animals, especially her cats, Tinker Belle, Phurbie and Mollie. She married Shilo Titus on June 16, 2000, at Magnolia Bluff. Melissa was employed by Mercy Care Insurance for the past 2 1/2 years as a Customer Service Representative.
