Delilah was the daughter of Robert Tate Wallace and Mary Polly Fox Wallace. She and her husband Lorenzo came to Cass Co. Iowa in 1869 after having lived in Illinois for several years, where they were married on August 7 1856. They were the parents of 6 children. Sarah Comer Dennis, Amanda Comer Jones, Francis (Frank) Comer, Elvira(Eva)Comer Henry, George A.Comer, and Mary E Comer Woolsey. Vandals destroyed this cemetery many times, only Comer stone left here is Elvira,s There are apprx. 10 Comers buried here. There is also no longer any type of cemetery manifest left, the only one was burned in a house fire. Which is why a second copy needs to be put in a safe place for any Cemetery.
