Andrew C. Dibble Jr., 84, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, at Myrtle Beach Manor.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg, with the Rev. Steve Todd and the Rev. Benjamin Herlong officiating.
Born Jan. 16, 1922, in Orangeburg, he was a son of the late Andrew and Lucille M. Jackson Dibble. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Mary Ingles Dibble, in 2003.
Mr. Dibble came to Myrtle Beach in 1993 from Orangeburg. He was an electrical engineer for NASA in Hampton, Va., for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Andrew C. Dibble III and wife Pam of Newport News, Va., and Emmet C. Dibble of Nashville, Tenn.; three daughters, Mary D. Hutchens and husband Gene, Luann D. Busin and husband Brian, all of Newport News, Va., and Andrea D. Parzen and husband Michael of Decatur, Ga.; three brothers, Alex "Jack" Dibble of Orangeburg, Lewis Dibble of Washington, N.C., and Robert Dibble of Orangeburg; and five grandchildren, Jared, Breanne, Meagan, Eric and Zeke.
McMillan-Small Funeral Home and Crematory, Myrtle Beach, is in charge of arrangements.
