Beloved husband of the late Chaike Belchatowska. Boruch was a heroic fighter in the 1943 Warsaw Ghetto Uprising against the Nazi's, and a lifelong member of the Jewish Labour Bund, devoted to the ideal of social justice. He was 93.

On Thursday, May 9, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Chaike Belchatowska. Devoted father and father-in-law of Chil and Suzanne, Mindy and Eugene. Cherished grandfather of Max Beryl and Sam Henry; Amaryah and Daniel, Yoninah Rachel and Ben. Boruch was a heroic fighter in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and a lifelong member of the Jewish Labour Bund, devoted to the ideal of social justice. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 12 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 599 Victoria Ave., Westmount. Due to the festival of Shavuot, Shiva ends Tuesday afternoon, May 14. Donations in Boruch's memory may be made to Kibbutz Lohamei HaGeta'ot (Ghetto Fighters' House), email: [email protected].
