Husband of Elizabeth Ann Burnett Hightower. Five living Children. Paul was a Veteran of the U S. Navy, a member of the American General contractors association and former President of the Shreveport Kennel club. He was owner of Hi-Tower Specialities and former member of the Board of Directors of the Broadmoor YMCA. Paul and Ann passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
