Violet A. Schellenberger, 89, of Elgin, died Tuesday, Nov 30, 1999 at Manor Care in Elgin. She was born Nov. 10, 1910 in Elgin, the daughter of Oscar and Helena Mueller Heine. She had been a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Arthur, Jr. of Elgin; a daughter, Judy (Vernon) Judkins of Hampshire; two sisters, Edna Drahota and Ilene Treon, both of Elgin; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L., whom she married on July 19, 1928 and who preceded her on Sept. 15, 1977. Funeral services and burial will be private. Arrangements were being handled by Wait-Ross-Allanson Elgin Chapel.
