Donald Kyle, of Clarksburg passed peacefully at his residence on May 22, 2013 in his 72nd year.
He was born October 3, 1940 in Clarksburg, son of the late Charles Kyle Sr. and Flossie Layfield Kyle. He is survived by his wife, Esther Bunnell Kyle; two children, Charles Kyle and Monica Kyle; four grandchildren, Stacy Payne, Stephanie Payne, Jonathan Payne and Casey Kyle; step-grandaughter, Crystal Hardy; brother, Edward Kyle; two sisters, Nora Stalnaker and Shirley Murphy and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Kyle, Ronald Kyle and John Kyle.
Donald made a home with his son Charles and spent his spare time ministering to the sick and shut in of the Baptist Faith. Friends will be received at Davis Funeral Home on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; service Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dwayne Bartough officiating. Interment will follow in Hepzibah Cemetery.
