Ethel Leona Hein was born Mar. 1, 1925 to Gus and Elsie Hein in Caldwell, Tx. the youngest of five children. Ethel moved to Waco in 1945. She married Clifford Henkel on Aug. 28, 1946 and was married to him until his death May 3, 1976. They had one daughter. She married Joe Provazek on Nov 7, 1981. Ethel worked over 20 years for Graham Embroidery, retiring from M & M Mars. She loved to dance and always had a beautiful garden. She will be dearly missed.
Ethel was preceded in death by parents Gus and Elsie Hein, husband Clifford Henkel of 30 years, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by husband of 31 years Joe Provazek of China Springs , daughter Betty Stone-Thompson and husband Mike, grandson Randy Stone and wife Jessica, great-grandchildren Hunter, Emmalee, Hayes Stone all of Hewitt. Step-daughterTeresa Spivey and husband Steve,step-grandchildren Jonatha Spivey and finance Chelsea Compouris, Shannon Spivey and special friend Carl Tiner all of China Springs and several nieces and nephews. Pallbeares will be Randy and Hunter Stone, Mike Thompson, Steve and Jonathan Spivey and Carl Tiner.
