Charlie Pool, 93, of Kirbyville died Oct. 26, 2001, at South Place Nursing Center in Athens.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Davis Cemetery in Beulah Springs community under the direction of E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville.
A native of Selina, Ks., he lived in Kirbyville most of his life and was a retired diesel mechanic.
Survivors include his son, Alex Pool of Leesburg; daughter, Alice Saunders of College Station; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
