Mr. Levy was born in New York City and lived in Glen Head, L.I. for 50 years before moving to the Lakewood area and the "Original Leisure Village" senior citizens complex seven years ago.
Mr. Levy was a quality control technician for 38 years with Powers Chemco in Glen Cove, L.I., before retiring in 1969. He had also been a photographer with Cook Tours in New York and had been world travelled.
Mr. Levy was a member of the Nature Club and the Fishing Club with the Original Leisure Village.
His wife, Mary died in 1932. He is survived by one son, Harry J. Levy Jr. of Millington, one sister, Mildred Bookman of Wappinger Falls, N.Y., two grandchildren, William Levy of Bernardsville and Mary Alice Landau of Gaithersburg, MD.; and two great-grandchildren.
